Welcome to dashuredashcam.com (the "Site"). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Site. We offer this Site, including all information, tools, products and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, policies and notices ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the Site or use any services. Any new features or tools added to the Site shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page; your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Site is governed by the laws of Spain.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to access the Site. By agreeing to these Terms you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age, that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site, and that your access complies with all applicable laws and regulations. When placing an order you additionally warrant that you are over 18 or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Purchases; additional terms

Purchases of goods and specific sections of the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference — including our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Refunds policy, available in the footer of the Site. If there is any conflict between these Terms and terms specific to a section of the Site, the latter will control with respect to that section.

You may only use the Site to place legally valid orders. You may not place any false or fraudulent orders; if we have reasonable grounds to believe such an order has been made, we may cancel it and inform the appropriate authorities. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information for all purchases, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Prohibited conduct

By using the Site you agree not to:

• access the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national or international law;
• violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with security-related features of the Site, or with its operation or any user’s enjoyment of it, including by uploading malicious code;
• perform any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity or claiming a false affiliation;
• use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or extract data;
• access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site or its providers’ technical delivery systems;
• sell or transfer the access granted under these Terms, or attempt or assist anyone to do any of the above.

4. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully for information about how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Ownership; intellectual property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, information, data, code, products and all other elements of the Site ("Materials") are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the Site operator and its licensors. Except as expressly authorised, you may not make use of the Materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates and agents from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss and expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of any portion of these Terms or of any applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.

7. Disclaimers; no warranties

The Site and all materials available through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. This does not affect warranties or rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, nor your statutory consumer rights. Our products are driving aids and do not replace attentive driving; offered products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits or goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury attributable to our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where you act as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights prevail over any provision of these Terms that might be interpreted against them.

9. Price & payment

The price of each product is quoted on the Site. Prices and delivery costs may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer; we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment. If your banking currency differs from the currency of your order, your issuing bank may apply an exchange rate or fees over which we have no control.

10. Shipping, returns & guarantee

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy (both linked in the footer and incorporated into these Terms). Every order is covered by our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions of the Returns & Refunds policy. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold on the Site: manufacturing defects are handled with the manufacturer's warranty, and our support team at [email protected] will help you manage any claim under it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory law may grant you.

11. Right of withdrawal and returns — essential conditions

Where you hold a right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, or use our 30-day guarantee, the following applies in all cases, to the extent permitted by law: (a) the product must be returned to the warehouse of origin, at the exact address notified by our customer service team when authorising the return — returns sent to any other address, or without prior authorisation (RMA), will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund; and (b) the returned product must arrive in perfect condition — unused, in its original packaging, complete with all components and accessories. If it does not, it will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The full process is described in the Returns & Refunds policy.

12. Products

We are not the manufacturer of the products offered on the Site. While we make every effort to ensure the information on the Site is correct, product packaging and materials may contain additional or different information — always read the instructions and manuals supplied with the product before using it. Product availability depends on our suppliers and cannot be guaranteed in real time; if a product becomes unavailable after your order, we may offer you a substitute of equal or superior quality and value, or refund any amount paid. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Site at any time and shall not be liable for doing so.

13. Geographic scope

Products are offered only in the countries made available at checkout. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel orders with delivery addresses outside those countries, or in territories excluded by our carriers, refunding any amount paid.

14. Undelivered and unclaimed orders

If a parcel cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (absence after repeated delivery attempts, failure to collect from a pick-up point, or refusal of the parcel) and is returned to origin, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; redelivery costs may apply. If we receive no instructions within 90 days of the parcel being returned, the order may be considered abandoned and the goods disposed of or repurposed, without prejudice to any refund rights you may hold under mandatory consumer law.

15. Electronic communications

By accessing the Site you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email and/or SMS). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Nothing in this clause deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before your local courts where applicable law grants it.
